WP1 will use PESTLE analysis to identify barriers and opportunities affecting the implementation of an antimicrobial stewardship program in primary care.
At the institutional level, a SWOT analysis will evaluate the challenges, opportunities, and resource needs of each institution involved in the program.
The results will guide the development of tailored strategies, using strengths and addressing weaknesses to ensure effective program implementation.

Design, implement, and evaluate the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMS)
WP3
WP3 investigates barriers and enablers for implementing and scaling up Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) programs through qualitative research (CFIR) and conjoint analysis.
WP4
WP4 assesses the costs and economic impact of implementing the Antimicrobial Stewardship program in primary care, with a focus on financial savings and the potential to expand the program to other centers nationwide.
WP5
WP5 focuses on disseminating project outcomes through meetings, workshops, publications, online platforms, and advocacy efforts to ensure widespread understanding, sustainability, and the integration of AMS programs into healthcare practices and legislation in Kosovo.
